If you happen to be in Kota Kinabalu you should visit this Rumah Terbalik. The first of it's kind in South East Asia. Situated along the main highway to Mount Kinabalu, this brand new attraction is located in Kampung Telibong, Batu 21, Jalan Telibong, Tamparuli.

Is anyone living in there you ask? No, it's a project built by a Sabahan to send out an environmental message and spent half a million ringgit to build it. In an interview recently with The Star, he mentioned that if we keep exploiting our natural resources at the rate we are going, sooner or later we will find our world upside down.

All the fixtures and furnishings in the house is also terbalik. The entrance fee is RM18 for adults and RM5 for children. Those with a MyKad need only pay RM10 per entry. I wonder if you'll get some form of motion sickness from all the terbalik items. You can follow them on their facebook page here.
